Braeden has broad experience advising on a wide range of UK and multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and buy outs. He has experience advising both corporate and financial sponsors and in particular private equity houses. Braeden has acted for many of the leading firms within the private equity space, including Agilitas, CapVest and Liberty Hall Capital Partners. He has been named as a next generation partner in Legal 500 2021 in the Private Equity category. In addition, he was recently named as a private equity rising star in 2021 by Law.com and has also been ranked as #5 mid-market private equity deal maker in 2020 by MergerLinks.
