Arnaud Julien

Arnaud is assisting domestic and international clients on all aspects pertaining to asset management as well as regulated and unregulated investment fund structures, including the set-up, capital raising and launch of investment funds together with assisting their sponsors during such funds' lifecycle, performing investor due diligences, reviewing and negotiating service providers agreements, advising on marketing considerations, etc. In addition, he also regularly provides guidance on regulatory issues in such related matters.

Arnaud holds a Master in Law and complementary Master in Law in international business law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles as well as a LL.M. from the King's College in London.

Prior to joining Ashurst, Arnaud worked at well-known domestic and international law firms.

Arnaud speaks French and English.
