Ari Garas is a senior associate in our projects practice
Ari specialises in the financing and development of projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises sponsors and lenders in a range of transactions in the upstream oil and gas industry, including reserve-based lending, acquisition financings, corporate facilities and restructurings, the wind and solar industry, including portfolio and holding company level financings, as well as project financings in the energy from waste industry.
Ari was previously seconded to the legal department of an Australian bank's infrastructure and renewables asset management business in London and speaks Greek and French.
