Anna Giulia focuses her practice primarily on corporate and financial restructuring, turnaround transactions, distressed investments and insolvency proceedings.
She has been involved on a wide range of NPL acquisitions, bonds issuances as well as banking and other structured finance transactions, including the drafting and negotiations of secured and unsecured credit facilities and connected security package.
Her experience also includes the drafting and negotiation of joint venture and shareholders' agreements, as well as extraordinary transactions and group reorganisations.
