Andrew is renowned for his major projects work in the construction, resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. He provides expert advice on procurement and tendering, as well as contract administration and claims advice on a wide range of contracts including EPC, EPCM, PPP, Alliance Agreements, mining services contracts, drilling contracts and development agreements. Andrew’s previous experience as in-house counsel also gives Andrew valuable insight into the business operations and corporate governance structures of his clients.
