Andrew DiComo

Andrew advises financial institutions, investment funds and companies on the U.S. tax aspects of financing, capital markets, and investment transactions. 

Prior to joining Ashurst, Andrew practiced in the tax department of Bank of America, where he focused on tax issues relating to structured products and derivatives. 

Andrew is admitted to the New York State Bar and Florida State Bar.
