Andrea Di Rosa is a counsel in our private equity practice
Andrea has significant expertise in corporate and commercial law aspects, assisting industrial clients and private equity funds in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and, more in general, in ordinary and extraordinary corporate matters and transactions across several markets (oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, energy, food and beverages, hotels and leisure, and fashion).
He also advises on complex domestic and transnational acquisition financing, restructuring and debt refinancing transactions.
Andrea previously worked for a primary Italian law firm. He has also gained extensive experience as in-house legal counsel in an investment fund sponsored by the Italian government, advising on the structuring, drafting and negotiating of strategic investments and joint ventures with sovereign wealth funds, as well as on day-by-day corporate matters and commercial contracts.
