Alexandra Clouté

Alexandra advises on the national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions, debt and real estate investments, and the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds. Alexandra also provides transactional tax advice on cross-border merger and acquisition transactions and corporate restructuring.

Alexandra has experience in all areas of Luxembourg income tax law, with an emphasis on corporate taxation.

She also advises clients on issues arising out of the implementation of and need for ongoing compliance with automatic exchange of information regulations, such as DAC 6, FATCA and CRS.

Alexandra is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
