Ashurst boosts capability in Luxembourg with expert funds tax partner

    Global law firm Ashurst has hired tax expert Alexandra Clouté as a partner based in Luxembourg, as the firm further strengthens its offering in the Grand Duchy.

    Alexandra's practice focuses on the national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions, debt and real estate investments, and the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds. She also advises on tax structuring issues associated with large corporate/M&A transactions and restructurings, and is experienced in all areas of Luxembourg income tax law, with an emphasis on corporate taxation. In addition, she advises clients on issues arising out of the implementation of and need for ongoing compliance with automatic exchange of information regulations, such as DAC 6, FATCA and CRS.
