Dr. Alexander Vorndran is a counsel in our finance practice and a member of our banking group
Alexander has worked on a range of financings, with particular emphasis on advising banks, private equity real estate funds and investors on all aspects of real estate and project finance including mezzanine financings.
He is qualified in Germany as Rechtsanwalt and holds a doctorate degree in law of the University of Würzburg. Prior to joining Ashurst, Alexander worked for another leading international law firm.
