Alex is an insurance lawyer with over six years industry experience. She has advised Australia's largest insurers and financial institutions in relation to a wide range of insurance related matters.
Alex's experience includes advising on coverage issues in relation to both retail and wholesale insurances. This includes life insurance and general insurance, as well as corporate insurances such as D&O, environmental, cyber, and crime. Alex advises on regulatory and compliance issues arising from requirements set out in Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act (Cth) 2001. Alex is experienced in drafting internal, third party, and customer facing documents, such as policies and procedures, contracts and agreements, deeds, and Chapter 7 disclosure documents.
