Alex Biles is a partner in our debt capital markets practice
Alex advises on a broad range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including EMTN programmes, standalone bonds and liability management. His practice has a particular emphasis on infrastructure financings and project bonds (including bank/bond transactions), covered bonds, hybrid debt and regulatory capital and public sector/government-guaranteed financings. He acts for issuers, sponsors/shareholders, banks, credit enhancement providers and institutional investors.
Alex is also a leading partner on LIBOR transition.
