Agathe focuses her practice on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions for public and private companies. She advises French and International clients on complex national and cross-border transactions.Prior to joining Ashurst, Agathe was an associate in the Paris office of another international law firm.
Agathe is fluent in English and in French. She is an Avocate at the Paris Bar.
