Adam advises public and private sector clients in relation to a diverse range of infrastructure and construction matters. Adam has particular experience advising on large infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, and a range of contractual issues in the energy and transport sectors.

Adam's experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on project documentation, tenders, joint venture agreements, power purchase agreements, general contract administration issues and other project related work.
