Aaron is a senior associate focusing on intellectual property in our Digital Economy team.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Aaron was an intellectual property associate at a magic circle law firm in London where he gained extensive experience advising on complex cross-jurisdictional M&A transactions, commercialisation arrangements and intellectual property litigation in the High Court.
Aaron has drafted various commercial agreements for standalone intellectual property transactions as well as for wider transactions, including licences, collaboration agreements and supply agreements. He also has experience procuring all forms of registerable intellectual property rights and managing significant trade mark portfolios for global brands.
