The German real estate team is regularly working on some of the largest real estate deals in Germany and Europe, servicing a large number of clients, including national and international institutional investors, property developers, insurance companies, family offices, building managers and real estate financiers.
Liane advises on real estate transactions, project developments and their financing. This includes, inter alia, portfolio transactions, including pan-European portfolios and sale-and-lease-back structures. She has extensive expertise in advising regulated vehicles on real estate and investment law in connection with their direct and indirect real estate investments. She also specialises and is very experienced in supporting Asian investors within their inbound investments in Germany.
