Michael Sheng, managing partner of Ashurst's Shanghai office, has been named one of the Client Choice Top 20 Lawyers in China by Asian Legal Business.
The survey identifies the top lawyers across practice areas. Respondents include leading in-house counsel and business professionals who rank lawyers according to expertise, leadership and client management skills.
Michael leads the firm's corporate/M&A practice in the PRC and has significant experience advising Chinese companies on their overseas investments and China related foreign direct investments and M&A across a variety of industries, including resources, real estate, food, and agribusiness.
