International Tax Dispute Resolution Litigation Summit

Eduardo Gracia, head of tax for EMEA and USA, is chairing a panel at the International Tax Dispute Resolution & Litigation Summit on 10 October.
He will be joined by other experts in transfer pricing (TP) tax audits and alternative dispute resolution methods to discuss trends observed in Spain and elsewhere in Europe when tax authorities approach a tax payer to review the latter's TP policies and also about means of working out the challenges involved in a TP control.
The summit will take place at Sofitel London St James, 6 Waterloo Place, London, SW1Y 4AN.
