Ashurst wins Restructuring Deal of the Year at IFLR Asia Pacific Awards

The deal, worth A$1.1 billion, is the largest debt-for-equity swap in the last decade in Australia. 

The Awards focus exclusively on legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed in the calendar year of 2021.
