On 9 March, the Spanish Competition Authority announced that it has fined a number of parcel delivery companies including CEX, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and TNT a total of €68 million for entering into customer allocation agreements in relation to a number of their commercial clients. A total of nine cartel arrangements were discovered during the investigation.
