Access Ashurst
Through our Access Ashurst programme, our London office provide up to 22 Year 12 students with access to a programme of paid work experience, skills workshops and mentoring support each year. The programme is based on the principles of PRIME and aims to increase access to law for young people experiencing disadvantage.
Remuneration & benefits
- Students on the programme will receive the London Living Wage for their two week placement. Students are expected to attend everyday of both work experience weeks (see programme overview).
- Full travel expenses will be covered for all of our students. For students who live more than 1.5 hours commute away from our London office, we require that you stay with a suitable supervising adult (i.e. family member or family friend) for the duration of the programme. We will require your parent/guardian's written permission in this instance.
- Lunch and refreshments will be provided for both work experience weeks.
