Ashurst Advance Pathway Programme

Ashurst Advance is our "NewLaw" division, transforming client service by continually evolving the way we deliver our legal services and the types of solutions which we can offer, so that they are always calibrated to our clients' needs. Our Ashurst Advance Pathway Programme provides a structured career path, with a variety of specialist opportunities for Law graduates seeking an alternative to a traditional legal role and who are not looking to qualify as a lawyer. Our programme provides a structured career path which offers a range of potential role development opportunities, both within Ashurst Advance and into other legal and business service areas of our firm.

London Training Contract

For those pursuing a career as a lawyer our two year London Training Contract offers you the opportunity to spend four seats of six months each within our different legal divisions. You will follow a fully structured training programme and may have the opportunity to spend six months on an international or client secondment.
