James specialises in restructuring, insolvency and special situations. His practice includes: acting for lenders and creditors to help manage their credit risk; advising parties who are active in the secondary debt markets; advising boards in relation to the financial restructuring of distressed companies; and distressed mergers and acquisitions. James acts for a number of lending syndicates to distressed companies and also advises in respect of formal insolvency administrations.
