Hoi Tak Leung is a counsel in our corporate practice
Hoi's practice focuses on strategic transaction structuring and contract drafting and negotiations for complex projects, in both TMT-related and other commercial sectors – including outsourcing; technology and content licensing and development; distribution and supply of goods and services; and TMT/IP-focused corporate transactions. He has extensive experience across Asia-Pacific in working on such projects.
He has extensive experience in advising on hybrid commercial-legal documents as part of sophisticated projects – including RFP, Service Levels, Pricing, Benchmarking and Scope of Services-related documents.
His practice also involves TMT-related advisory work – including in relation to fintech, cybersecurity, data privacy and emerging technologies.
Hoi is admitted in New South Wales and Hong Kong.
