Stuart Rubin named on India Business Law Journal's International A-List 2023

Stuart Rubin, Co-Head of Ashurst's US securities practice, has been named on the India Business Law Journal's (IBLJ) International A-List for 2023 for a third consecutive year.
The IBLJ A-List recognises top lawyers undertaking India-related work around the world.
Stuart has more 20 years of experience advises on international equity capital markets and M&A transactions across Asia and Europe, and has been active in the Indian capital markets for over 15 years.
Stuart mostly recently acted on a series of equity placements in Adani group companies to US-based fund manager GQG Partners aggregating to over US$3bn.
