Partner Li Jiang named 40 Under 40 by Asian Legal Business

    Li's practice focuses on international capital markets and corporate transactions. She has extensive experience advising investment banks and corporates on Rule 144A and Regulation S securities offerings, including listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, share placings and secondary offerings across Asia.

    Li acted as lead counsel on a variety of significant cross-border deals including award-winning transactions. She was recognised as "Next Generation Partners" by Legal500 in Equity Capital Markets in the first year of being promoted to partner, and had been recognised as "Next Generation Lawyers / Rising Stars" for a number of consecutive years before becoming a partner. She consistently delivers high-quality work while earning accolades and trust from a wide range of clients including major international investment banks and listed companies.

    In addition to her role as clients' trusted advisor, Li is active in initiatives to promote D&I and mental wellbeing, nurturing youth talents and contributing to industry developments. She is also a regular speaker at the Financial Times' The Effective Non-Executive Director Programme on corporate governance.
