Braeden Donnelly named as Law com International Private Equity Rising Star 2021

    In the last year, significant mandates Braeden has led on include advising long-standing client Agilitas Private Equity on its agreement to back the buyout of TenCate Advanced Armour Holding B.V and on the buyout of Frontier Medical Group; advising the shareholders of Aurora Energy Research Limited on CGE Partners' investment in Aurora; advising Sprints Capital in relation to Revolut's US$800m series E funding round and advising publisher JPIMedia Group on the sale of JPIMedia Publishing Limited, its regional publishing business, to National World plc and the sale of print business to owner of the Daily Mail. Braeden is also currently ranked number five mid-market private equity deal dealmaker for 2020 by MergerLinks.
