Ashurst OSP acts on a US$140 million landmark transaction for Indonesia's independent power producer 

    Oentoeng Suria & Partners (OSP), in association with global law firm Ashurst, advised on a landmark transaction arranged by the Bank of East Asia (China) Ltd, as mandated lead arranger and lender, securing up to US$140 million in facilities for PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan. As a prominent independent power producer entrenched within the renowned Sinarmas Group, PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan stands as a beacon of excellence in Indonesia's energy sector. This strategic financial manoeuvre encompasses the meticulous refinancing of existing facilities linked to the Kalteng-1 Coal Fired Steam Power Plant IPP Project situated in Kalimantan Tengah.
