Harry has a wealth of experience advising corporate clients and investment banks on a range of M&A and corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on public takeovers, and provides ongoing Board and corporate governance advice to the firm's listed clients. In recent years he has advised on numerous high-profile transactions, including the £6.2 billion merger between Norton LifeLock and Avast, the Takeover Panel auction for Augean plc and the £2 billion acquisition of John Laing by KKR and Equitix.
Hayley advises corporate clients in relation to public and private M&A activity and corporate finance transactions, as well as providing ongoing corporate governance advice to listed companies. She has acted on a number of significant mandates, including advising Wm Morrison Supermarkets on its highly publicised £7.3 billion takeover, AVEVA on its $5 billion acquisition of OSIsoft and Equitix in relation to the £2 billion acquisition of John Laing by KKR and Equitix.
Sara has significant experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on public and private company M&A and private equity. She has played a key role on a number of recent high-profile deals, including advising Amalfi Bidco (a newco incorporated by a private equity backed bidding consortium) on its £870 million cash and share acquisition of CareTech, Clinigen on its £1.3 billion takeover and Wm Morrison Supermarkets on its £7.3 billion takeover.
