Ashurst grows German disputes practice with IP partner in Munich

    Global law firm Ashurst is strengthening its IP practice in Germany with the appointment of partner Roman Brtka, who will join Ashurst's Munich office, in the latest expansion of the firm's Digital Economy and Dispute Resolution practices in Germany.

    Roman Brtka advises German and international clients on trade mark, design, competition and copyright law and regularly appears for clients before courts and authorities in Germany and the EU. He advises on all aspects of IP law with his clients spanning a wide range of sectors including automotive, telecommunications, media and sports. He has particular experience in advising on market entries in the EU and marketing campaigns (e.g. ESG, green advertising and labelling).
