    Ashurst advises on recommended acquisition of Inspecs

    Global law firm Ashurst is advising Cavendish Capital Markets on the recommended offer for Inspecs Group by a consortium comprising entrepreneur and investor Luke Johnson and property investor Ian Livingstone.

    Inspecs is a global eyewear company and producer of a broad range of eyewear frames and low vision aids, covering optical, sunglasses and safety.

    The Ashurst team was led by partners Harry Thimont and Tim Rennie, supported by senior associate Ilya Medvedev and associate Patrick Chambers.
