    Ashurst advises Infrared Capital Partners on strategic core-plus digital infrastructure vehicle with Pantheon

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised InfraRed Capital Partners on the establishment of a structured core-plus digital infrastructure vehicle with Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor. The vehicle will invest in existing resilient, income-generating digital infrastructure assets in the data centre and telecommunications tower sectors, that require capital for growth and operational enhancement.

    The Ashurst team was led by investment funds partner Nick Goddard and corporate partners Jason Radford and Jacob Gold.
