Global law firm Ashurst has advised Infomedia Limited ("Infomedia") on a proposed A$651 million acquisition by TPG Capital Asia by way of Scheme of Arrangement. The Scheme is unanimously recommended by the Infomedia Board.
Infomedia is a global provider of SaaS solutions for the automotive parts and services industry, supplying online parts-selling systems and data insight services.
The Ashurst team was led by Head of Private Capital (APAC) Anton Harris and included consultant Greg Golding and senior associate James Shirbin (Corporate) and partner Sanjay Wavde (Tax).
Commenting on the deal, Anton Harris said: "We are delighted to have supported our long-standing client Infomedia through this significant transaction".
