    Ashurst advises Google on its investment in Ineffable Intelligence's $1.1BN seed funding round

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised Google on its investment in Ineffable Intelligence, a British AI start-up valued at $5.1 billion that is building "superlearner" AI agents that can learn for themselves and uncover new knowledge.

    Google is one of the investors in Ineffable Intelligence's $1.1billion seed round, alongside Sequoia, Lightspeed Venture Partners, NVIDIA and Index Ventures, among others.

    The Ashurst team was led by Tech M&A partner Chris Grey, supported by senior associate Lottie White and associate Calum Thornton.
