Ashurst advises Confluence on sale of sustainability index provider ECPI
Global law firm Ashurst has advised Confluence Technologies on its sale of sustainability index provider ECPI to ISS STOXX.
ECPI is a Milan-based provider of sustainability indices, data and analytics to the institutional investor community. ISS STOXX, through its group companies, is a leading provider of comprehensive and data-centric research and technology solutions.
