Ashurst and ADTLaw has advised Bidvest Services International in its acquisition of Rental Hygiene Services from a seller backed by a private equity firm. This acquisition represents Bidvest's maiden acquisition in Asia.
Bidvest is a South African JSE-listed services, trading and distribution company. Rental Hygiene is a Singapore-based provider of hygiene products and services.
The team was led by ADTLaw director Xiaozheng Ko with support from the Singapore office.
