Ashurst ADTLaw represented Sun Venture on the acquisition of PSB Academy, a prominent private education institution in Singapore from ICG.
PSB Academy partners with globally recognised universities to offer industry-relevant certificates, diplomas and degrees across multiple disciplines to over 17,000 students annually. The institution has established itself as a key player in Singapore's private education sector, providing pathways to higher education for students across the region.
