Ashurst acted for Canon Medical on its acquisition

Global law firm Ashurst has represented Canon Medical Systems Corporation (Canon Medical) in relation to its acquisition of Nordisk Røntgen Teknik A/S (NRT), a Danish company, headquartered in Aarhus, with advanced technology for the development and manufacture of diagnostic X-ray systems.  Through this acquisition, Canon Medical opens up access to European-based technology, development, and manufacturing for advanced multipurpose and motorized digital radiographic imaging solutions.

The Ashurst team was led by corporate partner and the head of European Japanese practice at Ashurst, Hiroyuki Iwamura, supported by a senior associate Shingo Ito, both of whom are based in our London office.
