Firm Friends Alumni Yearbook 2025

Welcome message from our Global Chair

Ms Karen Davies Thumbnail

I’m proud to introduce this year’s Firm Friends Yearbook - an uplifting collection of conversations with the Ashurst community.

Our yearbook showcases how our people, past and present, continue to shape the legal profession - and the world beyond it. Across our network, alumni are leading in their chosen paths, whether building businesses, transforming industries, advancing public service or mentoring the next generation. Their journeys remind us that leadership is not a title but a practice, and legacy is created through the values we model every day.

This year also marks an exciting new chapter in the Ashurst story, as we announce our plans to combine with Perkins Coie. The proposed combination reflects a meeting of like minded people and complementary strengths, grounded in shared values and a collaborative culture, and positions us to serve clients seamlessly across a truly global platform. We are excited to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.

I hope you will continue to engage with our alumni community as it grows ever stronger, and keep us updated on where your journeys are taking you. We love to hear about - and celebrate - your successes.

Wishing you all health and happiness for the year ahead.

Karen Davies, Global Chair
