These terms and conditions and the full set of Terms of Use above (the Agreement) set out the basis on which Ashurst Australia (We) will provide you with access to the Ashurst Employment Law Handbook on employment law in Australia (the Handbook).


1.  Rights to use Handbook: Ashurst retains all rights in the Handbook. In consideration of you entering this Agreement, you shall have the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the Handbook. You must not email the Handbook to any person, or permit any other person to access the Handbook without our permission.

2.  Accuracy: We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Handbook is accurate and up to date as at the currency date(s) shown in the Handbook. We are under no obligation to conduct any review of the Handbook to ensure it remains accurate after that date and we shall not be liable for any loss caused as a result of change in the law or regulations applicable in any country or territory after the currency date(s) shown in the Handbook.
