Zoe practices in the area of banking and finance, with extensive experience acting on a range of finance related matters. Zoe's work focuses on advising clients on project finance transactions, regularly advising borrowers and sponsors as well as lenders on matters in the energy and resources sector. Zoe also has experience advising clients on corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance matters.
