Zheng Kai advises local and foreign entities, private equity property funds, asset and REIT managers and developers in their real estate investments and dealings. He has advised on institutional and major portfolios across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including mixed-use, commercial and industrial buildings, hotels, greenfield sites and specialised facilities such as data centres, medical centres and nursing homes.

He advises on all levels of real estate investment, including direct and indirect real estate acquisitions, divestments, sale and leasebacks, joint ventures, management, development and lease transactions.
