Zach is an experienced insurance lawyer who regularly advises on all aspects of insurance M&A, policyholder program design, reinsurance, and product distribution and regulation. He also acts for corporate policyholders providing claims advice and assistance, as well as providing strategic advice on claims litigation.
While advising on all aspects of the insurance industry, Zach has extensive experience advising insureds on coverage in the wake of major crises, cedents and reinsurers on reinsurance treaties, insurers on product regulation and distribution, prospective insureds on project-specific programmes, and purchasers and sellers on insurance issues in transactions.
