Youssef is a member of the Projects and Energy Transition team specializing in structured finance, including project finance and mezzanine debt. He advises domestic and global clients on the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects and corporate transactions particularly in the energy, transport, ports and water sectors. He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Youssef worked in several leading international law firms in Morocco.
He is recognized by Legal 500 as a key lawyer in banking, finance and capital markets.
Youssef is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
