Yi Ming specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Yi Ming advises sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, corporations and financial institutions on M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings, spanning a variety of industries including real estate, banking and financial services, TMT, energy and F&B.
Yi Ming is experienced in advising on investments in real estate platforms, including for data centres, industrial and logistics properties, hotels, student accommodation and offices.
Yi Ming started her career as a Justices' Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Before joining Ashurst ADTLaw, Yi Ming was a partner at a leading Southeast Asia-based law firm.
