Yanni advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of U.S. domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged and investment-grade financings, asset based financings, fund financings and infrastructure-related financings.
Yanni also has experience preparing and negotiating loan and claims trading documentation, including agreements adopted under the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, Inc. (LSTA) as well as secondary market private securities trading documentation.
Yanni is admitted to the New York State Bar.
