Will Mason

Will is a partner in our Corporate Transactions practice, focusing on public and private treaty M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions across a variety of sectors (including consumer goods, healthcare, infrastructure, logistics, energy and resources sectors).

Will also has particular experience advising on capital raisings, joint ventures and corporate governance, and regularly advises offshore clients in relation to the application of Australia's foreign investment rules.
