Wenxin advises both buy and sell side clients on over-the-counter derivatives documentation (including trade-level documentation on credit, equity, currency, commodity, interest rate and other derivative transactions), as well as related regulatory issues (including margin rules).
Wenxin also assists clients in repo, securities lending, secured loans or other bespoke financing structures, as well as in secondary market transactions relating to bank loans and bankruptcy claims.
