Wendy Green is a senior associate in our dispute resolution practice
Wendy is a litigator with broad experience in complex commercial disputes, inquiries, regulatory investigations and public law matters. She has acted for private and public sector clients across a number of industries including the financial services, technology, telecommunications, energy and health sectors.
Wendy has worked with individuals, major financial institutions and regulators on investigations and enforcement proceedings, and has represented individuals and entities appearing before Royal Commissions and Senate inquiries. She has also acted for clients in a wide range complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts involving contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors duties, breaches of regulatory law and claims under the Australian Consumer Law, as well as constitutional and administrative law matters.
Wendy has a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School and is admitted to New York State Bar. She worked for a number of years in New York at a global law firm and a boutique litigation firm.
