Volker Germann

His area of expertise comprises mergers & acquisitions, corporate and corporate compliance issues. He primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions at a national and international level as well as on transformation and group legal issues. He also specialises in corporate compliance issues.

Volker particularly advises national and international clients in the automotive industry and several other sectors such as industrial, consumer goods, IT and media, on all types of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions: acquisition and sales of corporates or corporate stakes, joint ventures, takeovers, spin-offs, MBO's/MBI's, transformations and mergers.

Prior to joining Ashurst in 2015, Volker worked at another major law firm in Nuremberg. Prior to this position, he worked as a qualified bank clerk for a major German bank.
